Madeline Island Yacht Club has been certified as a Wisconsin Clean Marina. As such, the yacht club promotes environmentally responsible business practices to minimize pollution and improve water quality.
Harbor Centre Marina in Sheboygan was recently recognized for its environmentally responsible business practices to minimize water pollution by being re-certified as a Wisconsin Clean Marina.
Theresa Qualls is coming back to her work roots with her hire as the Clean Marina Program coordinator for Wisconsin. Qualls helped get the program started with former coordinator, Victoria Harris. The Clean Marina Program is designed to reduce pollution from marinas to protect Wisconsin’s waterways.
