Yellow Perch for the HungryOn February 16, 2010 (Fat Tuesday), the aquaculture lab of Fred Binkowski donated over 500 pounds of yellow perch to the Hunger Task Force. Binkowski is the aquaculture specialist at the University of Wisconsin Sea Grant Institute, and his lab is at the Great Lakes WATER Institute in Milwaukee.
